Mission Statement
The New Rochelle Police Foundation is a nonprofit organization which funds, assists and undertakes programs to strengthen the services and professionalism of the New Rochelle Police Department.
Through this partnership, the Foundation stands ready to assist the New Rochelle Police to better serve our city and, in doing so, make the Department one of the most admired in the county.
